1. Who we are & what this covers
Foreshadow Technologies LLC (“ForeshadowTech”, “we”, “us”) publishes the Pooch Adventures games. This policy covers the Pooch Adventures website and our mobile game Gas Powered Pooch on Android and iOS. Pooch Skate is not released yet; this policy will be updated before it is.
Gas Powered Pooch has no accounts, no sign-up and no chat. We do not run our own analytics or tracking, and nothing you do in the game is sent to us.
2. Data saved on your device
The game saves your high scores, bones, unlocked items, trophies, daily reward streak and settings on your device so you can pick up where you left off. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Android backup: if device backup is turned on, Android also keeps this save in your own Google account backup, so a new phone or a reinstall gets your progress back. Google provides this backup under its own privacy policy; we can’t see it. You can manage it in your device’s backup settings.
3. Optional video ads (Google AdMob)
You can choose to watch a short video ad for bonus bones, a second chance in a run, or a bigger daily Supply Drop. Ads only play when you tap a button to watch one. To have an ad ready, the game starts Google’s ad service and loads an ad in the background after the privacy steps below.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:
- your device’s advertising ID and other device identifiers;
- your IP address, which gives an approximate location;
- how you interact with ads (views and taps);
- crash and performance information about the ad service, and basic device information.
Your consent and choices: where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and some US states), the game shows Google’s privacy message the first time it starts. You can change your choice any time with Settings → Ad Privacy Choices in the game (shown where these rules apply). On iPhone, you can allow or refuse tracking when asked, and change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you say no, ads are less personalized and the game works the same.
Ads are limited to a PG content rating. Google explains how it uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
4. Purchases
Gas Powered Pooch currently has nothing for sale. A future update may offer optional packs of bones. If it does, payment will be handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we will never see your card or payment details. The purchase service RevenueCat will receive the store’s purchase record, linked to an anonymous ID that isn’t tied to your name or email, so that each purchase is delivered once (RevenueCat privacy policy). We will update this policy before that update is released.
5. Crash reports & app stores
If you allow your device to share usage and diagnostic data with app developers, Google Play or Apple may send us summary crash and performance reports. These reports don’t identify you, and we use them only to fix problems.
When you download the game, Google and Apple handle your account, payment and download under their own privacy policies.
6. This website
The Pooch Adventures website has no accounts, forms, analytics, advertising or cookies, and it doesn’t store anything in your browser. Fonts and images are served by the site itself.
Like any website, our hosting provider, Vercel, receives standard request information such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Vercel handles this under its own privacy policy. We don’t use it to identify visitors and we don’t keep our own logs of visits.
7. Children
Gas Powered Pooch is made for players aged 13 and over. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Keeping & deleting data
- Your game save stays on your device until you erase it with Settings → Reset Save Data or uninstall the game. If Android backup is on, the backed-up copy is managed in your Google account.
- Advertising data is kept by Google under its own policies. You can manage it at myadcenter.google.com, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you, then deleted.
9. Your choices & rights
Because we don’t hold personal information about you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can still contact us with any privacy question or request, and we will answer within 30 days.
EEA, UK and Switzerland: personalized ads are shown only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings → Ad Privacy Choices. Non-personalized ads, fraud prevention and security rely on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Google may process ad data outside your country under its own safeguards.
US states: we do not sell personal information for money. Personalized ads may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws. You can opt out with Settings → Ad Privacy Choices, your device’s ad settings, or by contacting us.
