1. Agreement & age
These terms are an agreement between you and Foreshadow Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”) for the Pooch Adventures website and Gas Powered Pooch. By playing the game or using the website, you agree to them. The terms of the app store you downloaded from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) also apply. For iOS, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms, and Apple is not responsible for the game or its support.
The game is made for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.
2. Playing the games
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, redistribute, modify or reverse-engineer the game, except where the law allows it.
Sharing screenshots and videos of your runs is welcome, including on streaming and video sites, as long as you don’t suggest that we endorse you.
3. Bones & virtual items
Bones, skins, gas styles, areas and trophies are virtual items for use in the game. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money or real goods, and can’t be transferred or sold. You get a license to use them in the game; you don’t own them.
We may rebalance the game, including prices in bones and rewards, to keep it fun and fair. Your progress is saved on your device: uninstalling the game or erasing its data can remove it unless your device’s backup restores it.
4. Optional ads
The game offers optional video ads in exchange for in-game rewards. An ad plays only when you choose to watch one, and the reward is given when the ad is completed. Ads are provided by Google AdMob; see our privacy policy for how ad data is handled.
5. Purchases & app stores
Gas Powered Pooch is free and currently sells nothing. If a future update offers packs of bones, the price and contents will be shown before you buy, payment will be handled by your app store, and refunds follow that store’s rules. Bought bones are delivered once and, like all virtual items, have no cash value.
6. Keep it kind & fair
Please don’t hack, cheat with modified versions of the game, interfere with ads or rewards, attack or overload our website, or use the game or website for anything unlawful. We may take reasonable steps to stop misuse.
7. Characters & creative work
Pooch, the Pooch Adventures name, the game, its art, music, sounds and the website belong to Foreshadow Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don’t give you rights to use them except as described here. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
8. Updates & availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game or website at any time. Updates can add, change or remove features. We try to keep your saved progress working across updates, but we can’t guarantee the game will always be available or work on every device.
9. Warranty & liability
The game and website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those you have by law, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress or virtual items. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any) or US $50, whichever is more.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or removes consumer rights that apply where you live.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts. If you live outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for important changes, mention them in the game’s update notes. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply.
